2019 : Running Log

2019 is the year Jhanvi and I decided to get back into running. Here is a brief log of the different runs and our training program.

Feb 9, 2019 : Hot Chocolate 5K

Jhanvi and I ran the Hot Chocolate 15K several times in Chicago. It is a fun run and you get eat chocolate at the end. What’s not to like. We thought this would be a good run to get back into the grove. A couple of our friends joined us in training for the run.. so it has been a fun exercise so far.
