When you get a ticket for

- $120 for not displaying the city sticker in your windshield
- $60 for parking over 4 minutes on a street that prohibits parking from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (the ticket was issued at 7:04AM!!)

I know there is a budget deficit and all.. but come on!!!

Needless to say, I am one pissed off resident :).

P.S : That $180 could have [fed a kid for more than a year in the third world](http://www.feedthechildren.org/site/PageServer?pagename=org%5Ffeed%5Fa%5Fchild&ref=kudithipudi.org)!!
