		<description>Scenario 1: The guy clearly seems to be a &#039;rules-are-rules&#039; type. This is interesting. The same situation might get much more interesting when airlines start charging for overweight passengers ;-) If at all this happens, then this guy must be &#039;happy-happy&#039; to bring the hell out of the passengers. &quot;Ma&#039;am you weigh 0.04325 lbs more than the benchmark, you got to cut off one of your fingers!&quot;.</description>

		<description>Customer service is becoming very important in this age of the discerning customer! I had such a bad experience with the customer care with a large internet company here that I had to rant about it on my blog. They provided great internet service - but customer care was horrible. End result - they lost me as a customer!</description>
